Domaine David Duband is a family-run Burgundy estate based in Chevannes in the Hautes-Côtes de Nuits, led by David Duband since 1991. The domaine farms around 17–20 hectares across village, Premier Cru, and Grand Cru appellations in the Côte de Nuits, working primarily with Pinot Noir and a small amount of Chardonnay. Certified organic, the estate emphasises healthy soils and terroir expression, using techniques such as whole-cluster fermentation, restrained oak aging, and minimal filtration. Its wines are known for their elegance, freshness, aromatic complexity, and finesse rather than power, and the domaine is highly regarded by critics and top Michelin-starred restaurants for its consistent, terroir-driven style.
90-92/100 Robert Parker.
From 50-year-old vines. Dark ruby robe, bouquet of bramble fruit and hazelnuts, morello cherries on the palate with a mineral structure and a burst of vanilla oak. Great texture, lovely length.
